Dear IEEE Purdue,

My name is Tom Helsley and I am the recruiting manager for Innovative Signal Analysis (ISA), an engineering research and development company located in Richardson, Texas with a branch office Denver,Colorado. Our website is www.signal-analysis.com.

I will be visiting Purdue on 10/2 to hold an Info Session (Stewart Center Room 230 from 7 PM - 9 PM) and conducting on-campus interviews on 10/3. Job Description:

Provide signal processing and analysis support to the complete lifecycle of high performance signal processing systems including design; development; integration; validation & verification; installation; and maintenance. This will entail: performing proof of concept signal processing studies; developing prototypes and technical white papers; producing and capturing various design, implementation and test artifacts; supporting integration, test and analysis; and supporting the installation and test of these systems at ISA as well as off-site Customer facilities; provide signal processing and analysis support to the Operations and Maintenance phase by performing off-site and on-site debug and problem resolution. Must work well in collaborative group efforts and posses interpersonal relationship skills.

Requirements: Required Skills: Digital signal processing, detection and estimation theory, Matlab, C/C++, UNIX, excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Skills: High performance computing, Digital Signal Processing in real-time environments, optical signal processing

Degree: MSEE or higher

Major(s): Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics

Clearance: Position requires SSBI (including polygraph). Employment at ISA requires U. S. citizenship for purpose of obtaining clearances. Continued employment is contingent on obtaining and maintaining required clearance within nine (9) months.
